Changes in the workplace are common because businesses are constantly under pressure from clients, competitors and the general public. This means that they must continually re-evaluate their tactics and business models to see what works best for them. As a result, new changes in organizational structures, processes & technologies, and other business activities are implemented throughout the organization frequently.

If 2020 taught us anything, it's that things can change in a matter of moments and we are forced to adapt and accept the new norm.
