Our
Story

We founded Eden Resources in 2017 after observing that local Chick-fil-A restaurants struggled to find reliable recruitment support. What started as a simple solution quickly became something bigger — a personal mission rooted in our passion for putting people first.

As we dove deeper into recruitment and HR, we realized something surprising: some of the most incredible, people-minded organizations in the country weren’t communicating their values through their HR processes. They believed in people, but their systems didn’t always show it. So, we decided to take action.

Today, Eden focuses on building and implementing fully customized solutions that bring clarity, consistency, and peace of mind to the organizations we serve. We’re not just recruiters or HR consultants — we’re partners, helping make sure that every value your company holds is thoughtfully lived out in every interaction with your people.

Our daily life still reflects the same vision we had when we started Eden. We encourage deep personal connections, choosing people over numbers, and strive to embody transparency, humility, and respect in everything we do — especially as we raise and homeschool our kids.
