I (the Client) understand that initially, Eden Resources will not apply any sponsorship or advertising expenses without the permission of the Client, and the client is responsible for reimbursing Eden Resources for these expenses. Additionally, the Client shall reimburse the Eden Resources for any costs associated with conducting criminal and background checks during the pre-screening process. Criminal and background checks will not be processed without the Client's request.
